新世纪高职教育发展所面临的问题与应对措施

我国高职教育走过了20年的发展历程，取得了明显的成效。但仍然存在很多问题，包括认识不到位，专业设置功利性，人才培养模式单一，教学改革滞后，政策不配套和投入难保证等。在新世纪之初，应在加大宣传、提高认识、转变思想、更新观念、深化改革、加强建设、准确定位、办出特色等方面下功夫。

The Problems Faced by the Higher Vocational Education and its Settlement in the New Century

China's higher vocational education has developed for20years,and progressed greatly.But there still exist many prob lems ,such as,not getting full realization of its im portance,too much utilitarian pro-grams ,single patterns of education,lay-back of teaching and learning re form,ploicy conflict,lack of finan-cial resources.In the early21th century.We should improve the status of higher vocational education,trans-form the educational thoughts and re new the educational ideas,fur ther education re form,in crease the finan-cial re sources into it,give it an accurate position and let it have its own fea tures.
