| 摘 要： | 我国高职院校现行人才培养评价体系可一分为二：一是教育部制定的评价体系,省级教育行政管理部门按照教育部颁布的评估方案来组织实施的评价;一是高职院校自行制定自用的评价体系。前者可称为“国标”评价体系,重在评价培养人才的院校,考评院校对人才培养的保障机制和工作情况;后者可称为“校本”评价体系,重在评价所培养的人才,考评学生的成绩和成才程度。“校本”评价体系具有注重校外评价,以评价学生成才结果为主要目的,作为院校检验教学与管理效果的重要途径,成为人才培养多样化的助推器,以及可作为“国标”评价体系的补充等五方面的作用和意义。
