摘    要:武当净乐宫作为一个投资几千万的旅游项目,受到投资方北京振海公司和丹江口市政府的高度重视。但自2006年3月3日开光营业以来.净乐宫经营中出现了大量问题,致使其高开低走.对旅游市场缺乏认识和管理混乱是主要原因。

Abstract:Wudang Jingle Hall, as a tourist project of over ten million yuan investment, has attracted lot of attention and concern of Beijing Zhenhai Company and Danjiangkou Municipal Government. However, since the opening ceremony on March 3, 2006, there have been many problems in the management of Jingle Hall, which making it go from prosperity to downfall. Basically speaking, the lack understanding of tourist market and disordered management are the main reasons for these problems. This paper will make an analysis on the reasons from the perspective of tourist market marketing.
