| 摘 要： | 在我国转型期间，农村旧的养老模式功能不断弱化，养老问题日益突出，现行的社会保障制度受财力所限无法有效地解决这一问题，借鉴发达国家社会保障市场化改革的经验，目前，我国农村养老可采用自下而上的内敛型养老模式，即以农民个人养老为起点，依次发挥个人，家庭，集体，社会和政府的保障作用，内剑式地满足农民养老保障需求。

| Abstract: | In the transitional period of China,the function of traditional old age care model was weakened,and the old age problems become more and more obvious in countryside,however,in term of finance,the current social security system cannot deal with it.According the reform of social security in developed Countries,at the present,we should adopt the astrictive old age care model,which is based on private security,plays the role of private,family,collective,society and state,to fulfill the demands of the old age security for farmers. |
