| 摘 要： | 在高职管理类专业中采用问题启发式教学，既有利于高职应用型人才的培养，也有利于学生自学能力的培养和高等职业教育管理类专业学生能力体系的构成。文章分析了高职管理类专业实施问题启发式教学的意义，通过实例具体说明问题启发式教学在高职管理类专业中如何实施。且对实施过程中存在的问题进行思考。

| Abstract: | The adoption of PBL teaching method in teaching management majors in vocational colleges is conductive not only to the application-oriented vocational training, but also to the cultivation of students＂ self-learning ability and professional management system for the composition of students＂ ability. This paper elaborates the significance of heuristic teaching. It exemplifies the heuristic teaching of management majors in vocational colleges and puts forward some solutions to the existing problems in implementation of this method. |
