| 摘 要： | 回顾中国高技能人才队伍建设的历史,指出中国高技能人才培养面临的主要困难和问题,认为高技能人才应具有必要的理论知识、较强的实践能力和创新能力,而动手能力、创造能力、适应能力是高技能人才的主要特征.本文还对中国高技能人才队伍建设的发展趋势进行了分析.

| Abstract: | The author looks back the history of the construction of the talents staff with high skill in China, puts forward the main difficulties and problems that the training of the talents with high skill in China face, thinks that the talents with high skill should have the necessary theoretical knowledge, good practical ability and creative ability, however, the operating ability, creative ability and adapting ability are the main characteristics of the talents with high skill. The author analyzes the developing trend of the construction of talents staff with high skill in China. |
