摘    要:英国诗歌自文艺复兴时期起直至当今在后现代主义文化影响下的诗歌这400多年的发展过程中,形成了多种诗歌风格共存并相互影响、相互渗透的态势.19世纪以来女性诗歌对主流诗坛的介入,爱尔兰、苏格兰、威尔士等地域诗人的民族意识的觉醒等均促成了英国诗坛的民主倾向.尤其是第二次世界大战之后的英国诗歌随着世界政治、经济、历史的飞速变化更呈现出多种诗歌语言、诗歌形式及风格并存的局面,突现了其多元化的格局.

Abstract:This essay tries to analyze the plura1istic tendency of English poetry from the aspects of thepenetration of the different artistic styles in the same period of poetic development; the importance of thepoems by women poets in affecting the major trend of the poetic development; as we1l as the democratic voicesin English poetry of the 20th century, inc1uding the co-existence of the different poetic styles, the awakeningof the nationa1ity of the Irish, Scottish and We1sh poets, and the popularization of the poetic creation in the80s and 90s.
