| Abstract: | Based on the historical experience Deng gave great contribution to the theory of democracy and legal system. It is of momentous significance in improving the general plan of the administration of the country allording to the law. This article aims at expounding Deng's theorical contribution in the thought of the legal system, the principle starting, point, core of ruling in law and so on. |
