摘    要:西北贫困地区中小学教师的流失,已成为制约我国基础教育发展的最大障碍,在现实情况下,要研究西北贫困地区教师的流失,就不能忽略对教师流失意向的研究,只有从源头上对教师的流失加以引导,才能使教师的流动合理化、规范化。

Abstract:The teacher's run off in poverty-stricken area of northwest,it is the biggest obstacle that restricts the basic educational development of our country,under the social condition.If we want to study that teachers run off in poverty-stricken area of northwest,we can not neglect the research to the teacher inclined,which must be guided from the fountainhead.On the foundation of actual investigation,according to the local condition and actual needing.
