摘    要:培养高素质、创新型人才是实现创新型国家、建立社会主义小康社会的根本大计。本文分析了地质工程专业本科生源质量、科学兴趣、培养质量、培养模式等问题,提出在“以人为本”素质教育前提下,不断完善地质工程专业本科培养方案。最终,在保证我国地质工程人才市场的前提下,逐步拓展学生的就业领域,提升学生适应社会需求的后劲,真正做到满足学生、家长和社会三方面的需求。

Abstract:We can achieve goal of building innovatory country and socialism well-to-do society by cultivating high quality and innovatory talents. By analyzing recruit quality, science interest, cultivation quality, cultivation model of geological engineering speciality undergraduate, we propose that the cultivation scheme of the geological engineering speciality should be gradually perfected because of quality education of based on the policy in which human is decisive factor. Final, we not only guarantee the market of the geological engineering speciality talents, but else employment regions are enlarged and the individual stamina of suiting society is advanced. Then our education indeed satisfies demands of the undergraduate, the parent and society.
