| 摘 要： | 高等职业技术教育，属于高等教育的范围。它不是义务教育，又区别于普通教育。高职教育应将素质教育放在首位，加强教师的职业技术能力的培养。高职教育的产品不同于市场经济商品，高职教育的市场竞争须讲究经济效益。
