| 摘 要： | 从2003年起,我国的宏观经济形势发生了重大的变化,我国出现了经济"过热",判断的标准是增长的潜力、通货膨胀的压力和瓶颈约束的出现.我国经济过热的实质是投资过热,主要的推动力量是地方政府、国有企业及银行.要从根本上消除经济过热,必须深化改革.

| Abstract: | From 2003, the macroeconomic situation of China changed greatly, the overheating economy has appeared in China, the standards to judge are the potentiality to increase, the pressure of the inflation and the restrained bottleneck. The essence of the overheating economy of China is that the overheating investment, the main motive forces are the local government, state-owned enterprise and bank. Reform must be deepen to dispel the overheating of economy fundamentally. |
