摘    要:从基础教育课程改革的动因、目标、课程设置等方面看,中国和日本都关注时代的变化,注重加强科学素养和创新能力,区别较多在于中国重视素质培养,日本重视学生参与和竞争.

Abstract:From the perspectives of motives, goals and syllabus of elementary education reform, both China and Japan pay attention to changes of the times and enhancing scientific qualification and innovative abilities. But the big difference is that China attach great importance to all-round development while Japan to student's involvement and competition.
