| Abstract: | From the perspectives of motives, goals and syllabus of elementary education reform, both China and Japan pay attention to changes of the times and enhancing scientific qualification and innovative abilities. But the big difference is that China attach great importance to all-round development while Japan to student's involvement and competition. |
