浅论引进人才的正负效应

摘    要:本从人才是生产力,人才是宝贵资源,人才合理配置激活人才的潜能等方面论证引进人才的正面效应。又从用人单位和人才的自身选择和能力的角度论述引进人才的负面效应,最后提出了发挥并巩固正向效应,减少与克服负面效应的办法。

Abstract:This paper is dealing with, first of all, the positive effects of bringing in talent by arguing that talent is the productive force and valuable resource, and that reasonable allocation of available talent is capable of activating their potentials; secondly, the negative effects of bringing in talent in connection with the employing unit and the talents own choice and ability; and finally the possible approach as to how to give play to and consolidate the positive effects while reducing and overcoming the negative ones.
