| 摘 要： | 从包山楚简可知,楚国的基层组织里中设置有四种职官:里公、加公、士尹、亚大夫。里公是常设的核心职官。加公负责刑名事务,职位比里公更高。里中官吏的职能,可根据传世文献做出推测。他们处于楚国职官系统的最底层,常常受到县级官员的差遣,很少直接与中央官署接触。

| Abstract: | Based on the Chu Bamboo strip texts of Baoshan,the basic districts named Li in the Chu state appoint 4 kinds of officeholders: Ligong,Jiagong,Shiying and Ya-dafu.Ligong is the permanent official in Li.Jiagong is a criminalist,so he is superior.We can speculate on the functions of the officials by unscrambling Xian Qin's bequeath documents.They are at the bottom of the bureaucracy,so they generally dispatched by high-ranking officials in Xian and seldom contact with the state organs. |
