| 摘 要： | 20世纪 90年代以来 ,因特网发展非常迅速。这是由它的内在动力和外在压力所导致的 ,即网络信息资源的迅猛增加与信息技术的高速发展是它的内在动力 ;而知识经济时代的来临给因特网的发展造成了外在压力。由于知识经济时代的到来 ,知识的加工、整理、传播和利用成了经济发展深厚的基础 ,而网络信息资源的大量出现为知识的加工、管理提出了新的课题。元数据是关于数据的数据。它是用来描述因特网上的数据和资源属性 ,促进因特网信息资源的组织和发现的数据。它既能整理文字信息 ,又能整理图像、声音等信息。在元数据标注 (著录 )中 ,可利用有…

| Abstract: | Metadata describe the content and the location of information resources, which is beneficial to the locationand management of information and helpful to the retrieval of data. As for the various formats of metadata in differentfields, we have to solve the problem of their interoperability to facilitate the unified organization of information resourcesand good circulation of information. We should also study and remedy the shortcomings of the individual metadata format soas to suit the need of the constant development of Internet imformation resources. |
