失地农民问题探讨

随着我国城市化和工业化进程的加快，失地农民越来越多，已成为构建社会主义和谐社会的一个障碍，必须加以解决。造成失地农民问题现状的根源在于不合理的土地制度。要解决这一问题，首先应从根源上加快改变现行征地制度的步伐，就现阶段来说，应提高对失地农民的补偿标准，加大对失地农民的就业培训力度，给他们提供相应的工作岗位，把失地农民纳入城镇低保行列，建立养老保险机制。

Exploration on the Problems of the Land - lost Peasants

More and more Land-lost peasants have appeared with the acceleration of urbanization and industrialization in China.This problem has become an obstacle in the construction of a harmonious society;therefore,it must be solved as soon as possible.The root of the problem lies in the unreasonable land distributing system.To solve the problem,we must accelerate the reform the existing system of land expropriation.At present,we should raise the standard of compensation for land-lost peasants,promote the training of them for reemployment,provide them with positions for work,and give them the minimum living security as to the citizens in towns and establish the endowment insurance system.
