运用音响助跑节奏模式进行跳远助跑训练的实验研究

摘    要:从控制训练的角度出发,为跳远运动员建立一种可随时调整的音响助跑节奏模式.经过8周训练实验,分别对实验前后实验组和对照组的助跑节奏、速度、水平速度利用率、准确性及运动成绩等进行了统计处理;并对助跑后两步及起跳技术的影片进行了解析,对组间、组内的差异进行了检验.结果表明:采用音响助跑节奏模式进行训练,能够明显地提高跳远运动员的训练效益.

Abstract:From the angle of controlling the training, an adjustable acoustic rhythm model was established for approach training of long jumpers. Statistic analysis was made before and after 8 week training-on the rhythm, speed, utilization ratio of horizontal speed, accuracy of approach and the performance between experimental and control groups. Film of the last two steps and take-off was analysed and intragroup and intergroup differences were tested. Results indicated that training with acoustic rhgthm model may significantly improve the efficency of training.
