Sartre: a Theoretical Pioneer of Receptive Aesthetics

Sartre put forward a series of viewpoints concerning literature reception,such as the participation of readers and the involvement of sentiments in the course of reading,reading means creation,reading is what the reader predicts and expects.These viewpoints are later accepted by receptive aesthetics and proved repeatedly by the practice in literary criticism.Although some of the opinions are biased,their merits allow no negligence.
