摘    要:将单倍体水稻SAR的幼穗进行愈伤组织的诱导、分化,建立再生体系;并对再生植株进行遗传分析。结果表明:SAR幼穗在组织培养后有加倍现象;倍加单倍体(DH)花粉粒育性良好;籽粒的果皮为红色。微卫星标记结果表明部分DH自交后代是纯合的。纯合单株与无色果皮的二倍体水稻正反交结果表明:F1果皮颜色由母本决定;F2果皮全部为红色;F3出现红色:无色=3:1的分离。初步判定,SAR中含有果皮红色基因;果皮红色性状的遗传是由核内显性单基因控制的,并受母体影响。

Abstract:Using young panicle of a haploid rice SAR as explant,a tissue culture assay was carried out.Regeneration plants were obtained by callus induction and redifferentiation.The genetic analysis assays of regeneration plants were also carried out.The results indicated that the haploid young panicle could diploidize after tissue culture,and the fertility of double-haploid(DH)was normal,and pericarp of DH was red.The SSR technique showed that some of the progenies of DH after self-crossing were homologous,and some were heterologous.The reciprocal crosses between DH and varieties of achromatous revealed that color of F1 seeds was determined by their female parents,and all F2 seeds were red,and plants produced red color seeds and plants formed achromatous seeds fitted 3:1 ratio in F3 populations.Altogether,these data demonstrated that there was a red pericarp gene in SAR,and the red pericarp color phenotype of the DH resulted from a dominant monogene with maternal influence.
