| 摘 要： | 农民问题历来是关系国民经济的重大问题。邓小平深刻总结我国农业发展的经验教训，始终把调动农民积极性作为制定农村政策的基本出发点，并创造性地提出了一系列关于调动农民积极性的重要思想．包括调动农民积极性的重要性、基本原则和基本途径等。这些思想对于我们在新时期进一步解决农民问题，建设社会主义新农村，具有重要的指导意义和深刻的现实启示。

Deng Xiao-ping summarizes the experience and lessons of agricultural development in China,and proposes creatively the importance of motivating peasants' enthusiasm in agricultural production.His thoughts,including the approach,principle,and the significance,enlightens at great level to current socialistic neo-countryside movement. |
