| 摘 要： | 有关古代县官,学界过去多从政治制度史的角度加以探讨。此文则试图从乡村社会史的角度出发,通过解读蓝鼎元的《鹿洲公案》,以雍正年间蓝鼎元任知县时审判过的案件为例,分析处在政治国家与民间社会交汇点上的知县,在鲜活的海疆乡村社会里所开展的社会控制实践、实际效果、局限性及其原因所在。

| Abstract: | This article analyses the actions,effects,limitations of social control from County Magistrate who ranked between country and civil society and ruled over the rural society which was lively and lied in coastal areas. It tries to find out the reasons based on rural society history theory and method. The material is mainly from the Intricated Case of LU Zhou by LAN Ding-yuan who was a County Magistrate during the reign of Yong-zheng emperor. |
