| 摘 要： | 文章通过追溯美国大学新生研讨课的产生背景及发展轨迹,从宏观层面分析了其成功地帮助新生完成大学适应转变与学术转变的原因,认为我国大学应通过开设研讨课程,使教师参与到新生教育过程中。这将有益于提高本科教育质量。

| Abstract: | After studying the Freshman Seminar's development history,this paper analyzes the reason of it's success and concludes that the duration and connotation of freshman orientation should be broadened in universities and colleges in China.At the same time,it is suggested that seminar courses should be provided to encourage the faculty to participate in the freshman orientation responsibility. |
