新形势下影响排球运动队士气因素探讨与对策

采用问卷调查法，对我国８支甲级女排进行了调查，结果显示：在影响我国女排士气的团体目标一致性、团体内部结构、教练员领导方式和需要的满足４个因子上不同程度地存在着问题。文章认为：强化运动队团体目标确立过程的科学性和运动员的广泛参与；注意以运动员为本的需要和动机管理；加强运动队的文化建设；重视奖金分配及提高教练、管理者的素质等，都是新形势下提高运动队士气的有效途径

FACTORS AFFECTING MORALE OF VOLLEYBALL TEAM AND CORRESPONDING COUNTER-MEASURES UNDER PRESENT SITUATION

The present study makes an investigation among eight class A woman volleyball teams of China through the questionaire. Results show that four factors,that is consistency of team goal, internal structure of team, leadership style of coach and satisfaction with needs remain to be improved. This article indicates that they are effective approaches to raise the morale of sports team under the present situation of strengthening the scientific process of establishing team goal and widely participation of players; emphasizing the management of needs and motivations based on players; strengthening the cultural construction of sports team; emphasizing the bonus distribution and improving qualities of coaches and managers.
