我国高等学校经营效益的再审视

入世后的我国高等教育将打破长期以来忽视学校经营效益的局面。通过对高等学校经营实践中教育成本、学校产权、投资主体、经营主体、利益主体等主要问题的分析，试图重新审视我国高等学校经营的改革模式；并尝试构建学校经营的新路径：学校产权的重新定位、投融资机制多元化、开拓教育市场以及建立和完善教育市场法律保障机制。

A Re-examination of Benefits in Managing Higher Institutions of Learning in Our Country

The higher education in China after her admission to WTO will find a way out of the state of neglecting its management benefits. Through an analysis of such important questions as the cost of education,school property right,the main body of investment,the main body of management,main body of benefits,the writer tries to re-examine the reform modes for the management of institutions of higher learning in our country and to break a new route for school management: re-orienting school property right,multiple mechanisms of investment and financing,exploiting educational markets and establishing and perfecting a legal mechanism of guarantee for educational markets.
