| 摘 要： | 青少年犯罪是当今世界的“第三公害”,我国青少年犯罪呈现日益增长的态势,已经成为当前社会治安的突出问题,引起了社会各界的广泛关注。分析青少年的犯罪心理,找到青少年违法犯罪的根源,提出预防和减少青少年犯罪的对策,可以从根本上减少青少年犯罪问题,促进我国社会主义和谐社会建设的发展。

| Abstract: | The juvenile delinquency is "the third public disaster" in the recent world,which tends to increase in China.It has already become the current prominent social issue arousing the concern from all walks of life.Through analyzing the juvenile's criminal psychology,we could find the root of juvenile delinquency to prevent and reduce the issue of the juvenile delinquency fundamentally,and promote the construction of socialism harmonious society in China. |
