农村剩余劳动力转移与农民收入增加

我国是一个农业大国,农民占人口的绝大多数,增加农民收入,不仅关系到亿万农民群众的切身利益,关系到农村经济发展和农村社会稳定,而且关系到经济和社会发展的全局。我国贫困问题的核心是农民贫困,而农民贫困的根源就在于有限的土地承载的劳动力过多。如果众多的农民不能从极其有限的土地中转移出来,农民就不可能富裕起来。因此,今后要进一步推进农村剩余劳动改革保证农村剩余劳动力的顺利转移。

Transfer of Rural Surplus Labor and Increase of Farmers' Income

China is a large agricultural nation that the farmer population occupies the overwhelming majority.Increasing the farmers' income is not only related to the rural economic development and the rural social stability,but also related to the overall interests of economic and social development.In China,the crucial poverty problem is peasants' poverty,while the peasants' poverty stems from the limited land bearing excess labor.Without the transfer of rural surplus labor from the limited land,Chinese farmers can not enrich.So,we need to advance the reform of the rural surplus labor to ensure the smooth transfer of surplus labor.
