| 摘 要： | 课堂是学校实施教学的阵地，不同层次的教育应针对自身的课堂目标对课堂实施不同的管理方式。对于居于高中以上教育层次的高校而言，其课堂教学具有不同于基础教育教学的特点，笔者认为对高校课堂实施冲突管理是建立有效课堂的重要策略。
