| 摘 要： | 随着我国进入世贸组织，英语教学越发受到广泛重视，职业技术学院的英语教学成为新的焦点。文章拟通过阐述职业技术学院英语教学现状，从教学理念、教学模式、教学内容、教师队伍和教学设施等角度分析当前职业技术学院英语教学存在的主要问题，提出针对性的改进措施：转变办学理念，加强师资队伍建设，改革英语教学模式、教学内容和教学方法。
