| 摘 要： | 假定存在技术溢出的条件下，讨论具有创新能力的企业对技术搭便车企业的技术许可模式。通过比较定额许可与提成许可的技术许可模式，发现对于任意的技术外溢程度，创新企业提成许可模式下的利润要高于定额许可模式，但创新成果是技术外溢程度的递减函数。

| Abstract: | Assume the existence of technology spillover condition, discusses the technology licensing mode has the innovation ability of the enterprise to hitchhike on technology. Through technology licensing model to compare the Quota Licensing and royalty licensing, found for arbitrary technology spillover,innovation of enterprise licensing mode profits should be higher than the quota licensing mode, but innovation is a decreasing function of technology spillover. |
