为高校90后学生管理规则“洗牌”——基于校园“潜规则”引致正式制度失效问题的思考

“潜规则”是人们为了利益能够更便捷地分配而做出的规则选择。由于潜规则的利益吸引效应、扩散效应、适应效应以及退出和揭破潜规则的成本制约效应，校园“潜规则”在90后中广泛存在并导致了学校某些正式制度功效的弱化甚至失效。高校学生管理规则的制定者和实施者，应该从完善显规则、强化规则敬畏意识、加强人生观价值观教育以及重视潜规则的积极教育价值等方面，努力实现90后大学生管理制度的创新。
