财政系统青年干部思想政治工作难点与对策探讨

在当今开放形势下，外围环境波谲云诡、内部改革峰回路转，社会正处于转型关键时期，由此导致了社会思潮的冲击与人们价值观的异化。财政系统青年干部作为财政系统的业务后备力量，有其不同于其他财政干部的特点，特别是在网络全媒体时代，他们更易受到各种新情况、新问题的影响而为思想政治工作带来干扰。为此，针对财政系统青年干部的特点与思想政治工作的难点，提出解决的对策。

Difficulties in the Ideological and Political Work on Young Cadres in Fiscal System and Countermeasures

Under the current opening- up situation, with the uncertain and turbulent surrounding environment and twists and turns of the road of internal reform, now society is in a critical period of the social transformation and consequently in- duced an impact of ideological trend and an alienation of social values. Young cadres of fiscal system, as the professional reserve force of fiscal system, have unique characteristics that differ from other fiscal cadres, and they are especially vulnera- ble to the impact of new situation and new problems, bringing disturbance to the ideological and political work. Thus, this paper provides an analysis of the characteristics of the young cadres of fiscal system and the difficulties of the ideological and political work, and then proposes several countermeasures and solutions
