摘    要:以当代短跑训练理论为指导,运用文献资料、个案研究、实验等方法对江苏省女子优秀短跑运动员秦旺萍进行增强髋关节力量训练的跟踪研究。研究认为增强髋关节力量(尤其是伸髋力量)对优秀短跑运动员具有十分重要的意义,它是当代优秀短跑选手以髋为轴高速摆动技术的重要保证,在短跑力量训练中应引起足够的重视。

Abstract:Drawing on modern short-distance running training theories and using such research methods as literature search,case study and experimentation,the author conducted a longitudinal study of Qin Wangping,an elite short-distance runner of Jiangsu province,increasing her hip joint strength.The study suggests that the overall strength of the hip joint is of great significance to elite short-distance runners,as it is what the technique of high speed swing with the hip as the axis-a techniqueemployed by elite short-distance runners today-boils down to.
