浊漳河水质污染评价

摘    要:以蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术对长治市浊漳河北寨、石梁、暴马3个采样点水质污染程度进行了研究。结果表明:各样点水样均能引起根尖细胞不同程度的遗传损伤,其中北寨样点原水与对照组差异显著(p〈0.05),其余2个样点与对照组相比均有极显著性差异(p〈0.01);微核率随着有机提取物浓度的增加而增加,并在一定的剂量范围内有良好的剂量——效应关系(r=O.9977,p〈O.01),3个样点的污染程度依次为暴马〉石梁〉北寨。蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术简便、灵敏,在水环境监测方面具有较强的实用价值,是一种行之有效的方法。

Abstract:This thesis researches the water pollution degree in three locations along Zhuozhang River named Beizhai, Shiliang, and Baoma of Changzhi City by applying the method of Vicia faba root tip micronucleus technology. The result shows that the sampling water in the above three locations may cause the genetic damage of the root tip cells. There is transparent difference between the original water and the control group in Beizhai (p〈0.05), Whereas the differences between the sampling water and that in the control group in the other two locations are transparent(p〈0.01). The frequency of micronucleus increases by the improvement of the concentration of organic extracts, presenting the clear dose-effect relationship in a certain range ofdoses (r=0.9977, p〈0.01).The order of the pollution degree ranges from Baoma, Shiliang, to Beizhai. Micronucleus test of Vicia faba is an effective method due to its convenience and sensitivity, and has a strong practical value in water environment monitoring.
