Turner’s training is a required course for technical school students majoring in electro-mechanic.Lathe operation plays a vital and a basic role in machine operating skills development.To improve the quality of practice teaching,it is necessary to ＂center on training ability＂.Colleges should always make great efforts on teaching organization,employing individualized instruction method and a variety of flexible and scientific teaching methods,stimulating the students’ enthusiasm and initiative so as to ensure each student to achieve the occupational requirements for basic knowledge and skills.
