舆论监督与引导从很大程度上要通过媒体才得以实现。网络新闻袭了传统媒体的这一传统。但是在表现方式、表面内容以及影响效果上，新旧媒体还有很大区别。章从几个有影响的具体网络新闻事件出发，分析了新旧媒体在行使舆论监督时的差异，并试图寻找出这种差异的现实因素与历史因素。

Network News and Supervising by Public Opinion

Public opinion and supervision, to the greatest extent, could be realized by media, which internet journalism still keeps as its characteristic from the traditional media. However, traditional media and internet journalism still have great differences in their presenting ways, contents and effects. This essay tends to find out the realistic and historical factors causing the differences through some specific case of internet journalism and the analysis of the differences between the two which working effectivelyin public opinion and supervision.
