试论隐性化的因材施教

摘    要:不对学生进行同质分组,在异质小组或混合教学班中同样也可以实施因材施教,但条件是,教师必须把"交往""对话"和"协作"因素引入常规课堂;与能力分组相比,建立在课堂交往、对话和协作基础之上的隐性化因材施教,更具有现实的可行性;实施"隐性化因材施教"的关键在于创建"课堂学习共同体";创造课堂学习共同体的典型课程模式有:"以项目为基础的学习模式"和"以问题为基础的学习模式",等等。

On the Hidden Individualized Teaching

Abstract:In addition to the homogeneous grouping,individualized teaching can also be carried out in heterogeneous grouping and mixed-ability grouping on the condition that teachers should introduce"social interaction","dialogue" and"cooperation"into common classrooms.Compared to ability-based grouping,the individualized teaching based on classroom interaction,dialogue and cooperation has more practical possibilities.The key of implementing the hidden individualized teaching is to construct"learning community of classroom",which involves two relevant curriculum models:"the project-based learning model"and"the problem-based learning model".
