企业购并中的文化整合问题

摘    要:企业购并中,伴随着两个企业文化的接触、碰撞、适应,大都会发生文化冲突现象。这种冲突,如果不积极采取措施进行引导、防范,任其渗入到企业经营管理的各个层面,它将对购并后企业的经营管理产生不可低估的负面影响,严重时令导致整个企业购并活动的失败。因此,企业购并后双方不同的企业文化需要适应,而适应有四种基本模式,即同化、整合、隔离和文化破坏。所以,企业文化整合需要分阶段进行。

Abstract:In the process of enterprises' mergence, with two enterprises' cultural contact, collision and adaptation, Cultural conflict will break out. The conflict, without directing and avoiding, will filters into all phases of management in enterprise, which will bring negative effect on management and lead to the total failure. Therefore, according to the adaptation of different enterprises' culture, there are four basic modes: assimilation, conformity, insulation and cultural destruct. So the cultural conformity in enterprises should be carried out step by step.
