| 摘 要： | 基建档案是基建管理和基建工程项目活动过程中直接形成的，有保存价值的文字、图表及声像我体材料等。搞好高校基建档案工作，必须提高人员素质，增强档案意识；建立和完善有效管理机制；加大硬件投入，完善档案电子化；规范建档程序，密切协作关系；科学分类，系统立卷，严格交接手续。

| Abstract: | The archives of basic construction refer to the charts, video-tapes and written materials which have great value of preservation and are accumulated during the process of basic construction management and projects. In order to do it well, we must improve archivists' quality by strengthening their awareness of file-keeping. Furthermore, the computerization and the scientific classification of archives and well-equipped facilities are quite necessary. Meanwhile, we should establish an efficient managing system and strict handing-over procedures to standardize the archive management through close cooperation. |
