| Abstract: | A disjuncitive question consists of two components,namely a statement and a tag question.It is a useful sentence pattern to indicate the speaker's judgment/conjecture and attitude,implying his/her uncertainty,humble manners or conventional greetings.With reference to a variety of examples from the coursebook and reading materials etc,this essay describes the basic structure and skill in application,which is hopefully to help English learners in bettr understanding and use of the sentence pattern. |
