摘    要:道教是中国的本土宗教,它既有着与世界其它宗教文化的相似性,更烙上了深刻的民族文化的痕迹。道教倡导的以修性养生为根本的炼养途径与它的以神仙信仰为宗旨的宗教教义是一个不可调和的文化存在,正是这种不可调和性,最终导致它的内容与形式分崩离析,道教的演变过程也就是扬弃其宗教外衣和产生以中华武术为主的中华养生理论的过程。武当道教文化的特色便是道教的历史归途。

Abstract:Taoism was initiated in china as our original religion and contains the similarities of other religions in the world. Its unreconciliable existence between its dogma with supernatural being as its highest religious belief and its formula for good health, advocated as its fundamental way to people's good health, led to its final seperation of its content and form. Taoism's development course is one when it sublets its outward religious from and strengthens the health theory based on Chinese Kongfu. Wudang Taoism culture historic aim of Taoism.
