| 摘 要： | 目前,国有资产流失问题已成为国企改制中的矛盾焦点,严重制约了国有企业的产权制度改革,引起了全社会的广泛关注.因此,如何有效地防范和疏解国有资产流失,已成为亟待解决的重大社会工程.就重新认识国企改制中的"资产流失"问题,提出了自己的观点,进行了有益的探讨.对国有资产管理具有重要的现实意义.

| Abstract: | At the present time, asset - losing has been the focus in state - enterprise reform. It has restricted the reforming process badly and caused wide concerns in society. Therefore, how to prevent state- property from losing efficiently has been a magnificent project. Here, we discuss these matters actively and propose our own point of view on them in this article, which possesses real significance. |
