| 摘 要： | 我国综合性大学钢琴表演专业的发展水平取决于钢琴教师的素养。钢琴教师应从职业理想、知识水平、教育观念、教学行为和教学策略几方面提高和完善自己。Abstract：Training quality of piano playing majors in comprehensive universities of China depends on quality of piano teachers to a large extend.Piano teachers should improve themselves in aspects of professional ideal,knowledge level,educational concept,teaching behavior and teaching strategy.
