摘 要: | 在少数民族教育中,尊重的需要是受教育者的高层次需要,是是否能够完成自我实现的基础,也是少数民族教育设计和实施中所要考虑的重要因素。尊重是动态的发展过程,是对多元文化和谐发展主观认同的积极行动。通过对"尊重"的内涵的深入分析,更加深刻地认识到坚持"平等、多元"的少数民族教育发展观的重要意义。Abstract:In education for ethnic minorities,the need for respect is the high-level need of education receivers.It is the basis of accomplishing the need for self-realization and the important factor to be taken into consideration in designing and implementing ethnic education.Respect is a dynamic development process and an active identification of harmonious development of multi-cultures.Through analysis of the connotation of "respect",we can deepen our understanding of the significance of adhering to the development concept of "equality and diversity"in ethnic education.
