| 摘 要： | 培养高素质的智能型人才是新世纪完善高校人才培养机制的需要。我国高等教育的人才培养机制存在诸多不利于智能型人才培养的问题。培养智能型人才应当从观念转变、专业设置、课程体系、教学模式、评价制度、师资队伍等方面采取措施。Abstract：It is necessary to improve the cultivation mechanism of higher education in raising intelligence talented person in new century.There are many problems in cultivation mechanism of intelligence talented person in higher education.We need to adopt measures from the concept change,the specialized establishment,the curriculum system,the educational model,the evaluation system,the teacher’s troop respectively.
