| 摘 要： | 分别对德国和中国法学教育体制进行简要的评述，并集中针对法学院（系）培养目标、国家司法考试对法学教育影响的两个方面进行比较研究，揭示二者的共性与差异，探讨二者的优势与弊端，最终对法学院（系）如何优化人才培养模式，树立独特价值理念提出若干建设性意见。

| Abstract: | Giving a summary comment of Germany and China respectively on the law education system,and focus on law school(grades) training objectives,the National Judicial Examination of the impact of legal education both a comparative study reveals both the similarities and differences between the two to explore advantages and disadvantages of the end of the School of Law(Department of) how to optimize the training mode,set the value of the unique concept put forward a number of constructive comments. |
