| 摘 要： | "城市牛皮癣"街头泛滥成灾,它的出现和蔓延是诸多因素共同作用的结果,反映出社会转型时期经济、法制和社会等诸多方面深层次的问题。文章从对"城市牛皮癣"的分类出发,深入探讨"城市牛皮癣"产生和蔓延的根源,进而提出打击、防范"城市牛皮癣"的合理对策。
