农民信息需求识别与确定研究

农民信息需求识别是一个复杂过程，其受制于多种影响因素，论文探讨了信息需求的特点及农民信息需求的识别困难，提出综合运用各种识别方法，采用间接调查或提问方式来采集信息需求，并通过过滤分析以获得农民真正的信息需求，在此基础上分辨基本需求和关键需求，针对各类型的信息资源特点来选择适宜的信息服务手段，有机地将传统服务手段与现代网络平台、专家知识系统结合，多层次多渠道地服务于农民。

The Study on Identification and Assurance of Farmer Information Needs

It is a complex process to identify parmer information needs which is subject to a variety of factors.The paper discusses the characteristics of information needs and the difficulties of identification of farmers information needs and provides for making comprehensive use of various methods to collect information needs by using the indirect investigation and question approach.We get the real information needs of farmers through filter analysis and distinguish the basic needs and the key needs.Finally,we select the appropriate means of information services according to characteristics of various types of information resources and organize traditional service modes with modern means of network services platform and expert knowledge systems in order to serve farmers at multi-level and by multi-channel.
