汽轮机轴承振动信号突变的故障分析

摘    要:针对广东粤嘉电力有限公司梅县发电厂6号机组运行中发生4号轴承Y方向振动信号突变,险些造成机组跳机的现象,进行了原因分析;最后确认振动探头延伸电缆1米接头处存在拧动现象,造成信号有时接触不良,是导致此次振动信号突变故障的原因,更换探头后故障现象得以消除。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the reason for Meizhou county power plant sixth unit No. 4 bearing Y direc- tion vibration signal mutation Guangdong Yue Jia Electric Power Co. , Ltd. Finally it is confirmed that vi- bration probe extension cable 1 meter layup exists budge phenomenon, which causes signal sometimes bad contact, which is the reason why the vibration signal mutates. The fault phenomenon is eliminated after re- placing the probe.
