责任伦理视角下高职院校办学定位体系的构建

办学定位是高职院校办学的总体性定位,是在一定时期内由高职院校人员自己确定的。从责任伦理视角审视,当前高职院校办学定位主要存在办学思想责任伦理异化、办学主体责任伦理缺失等困境,亟须从确定学校类别和愿望的政府责任伦理、回应民众期盼和要求的社会责任伦理、依照信念伦理选择和践行价值的学校责任伦理等多方面构建高职院校办学定位责任伦理体系,从而促进高职院校良性健康发展。

On the Construction of School Orientation System in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Responsibility Ethics

The orientation of running a school is the overall orientation of vocational colleges and universities,and it is determined by the staff of a vocational college within a certain period of time.From the perspective of responsibility ethics,the current running of higher vocational colleges mainly faces dilemmas such as the ethical alienation of school running responsibilities and the lack of ethics of the school's main body.It is urgent to construct a system of responsibility ethics in higher vocational colleges from various aspects,such as the government responsibility ethics to determine the school types and aspirations,the social responsibility ethics to respond to the public's expectations and requirements,and the school's responsibility ethics in accordance with the choice of belief ethics and the practice values,so as to promote the sound development of vocational colleges.
